Does Zillow currently display Matterport tours?
As checked in September 2026, Zillow’s published guidance says it does not currently display Matterport tours. Zillow continues to accept other tour options, including its own 3D Home product. Check Zillow’s current compatibility notice before ordering, because platform policies can change.

Consider it when the tour will be shared through your property website or other supported channels and the viewing experience is central to the presentation. Ask about hosting duration, branding options and the exact links or files you will receive.
When Zillow 3D Home is a good fit
Zillow 3D Home is worth considering when your main goal is a virtual walkthrough for a Zillow listing. Zillow also states that its tours and floor plans can be used outside its own sites. Confirm the sharing method and any platform-specific requirements with the team preparing your listing.
Ask whether your selected package includes an interactive floor plan, a separate floor plan file or only the tour. Those are different deliverables, and the service name alone does not tell you what will arrive.
Compare the complete service, not just the platform
Request a clear quote covering the property size, included spaces, capture, processing, floor plans, hosting period and any future fees. A low initial price is less useful if it leaves out a deliverable your marketing plan requires.
Also confirm whether a detached casita, garage or outdoor area can be included and how it will connect to the main tour. Ask for a sample to review on both a phone and a computer before making your selection.
Which option should a Tucson agent choose?
Start with three questions: Where must the tour appear? What does the buyer need to understand about the layout? How long should the tour remain available? A straightforward home marketed primarily on Zillow may have different needs from a large property being presented through a dedicated website.
